Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2026

These terms govern your use of askprop.ai and our AI home advisor, AiSHA, operated by ME Universal IoT Technologies FZE LLC, Dubai, UAE. By using the website or chatting with AiSHA, you agree to these terms.

1. Free for buyers

askprop.ai is free for property buyers. We are not paid by you; we are paid by brokers when we connect them to a buyer who has asked to be connected.

2. AiSHA is an AI assistant

AiSHA is an artificial-intelligence assistant. The information she provides — including areas, prices, rental yields, fees and Golden Visa guidance — is general and indicative, offered to help you understand the market. It is not professional, legal, financial or investment advice.

3. Figures are indicative

Property prices, rental yields and availability change constantly. Any figures shown are indicative ranges based on the most recent data we have, and may differ from current market levels. Always confirm exact figures and availability with your RERA-Registered Specialist Broker before making any decision.

4. How matching works

If you ask, and only with your consent, we connect you to one RERA-Registered Specialist Broker. That broker — not askprop.ai — is responsible for any viewing, advice, negotiation or transaction. We are an introduction service, not a party to your property transaction, and we are not a real-estate brokerage.

5. No guarantees

We work to give you accurate, honest information, but we do not guarantee that any property, price, yield or outcome will be available or achieved.

6. Acceptable use

7. Intellectual property

The askprop.ai brand, AiSHA, the website design and its content are owned by us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Third parties

AiSHA operates over WhatsApp, and the site may link to third-party services. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on indicative information, from any broker introduced to you, or from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
