This policy explains how askprop.ai — operated by Middle East Integrated Technologies FZ-LLC (Registration No. 0000004093293; Licence No. 47035238), a Free Zone LLC registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) at CWEP8800, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us") — handles your personal data when you use our website or chat with our AI home advisor, AiSHA, on WhatsApp. askprop.ai is free for property buyers, and this page says plainly what we do with your details — the same things AiSHA tells you in chat.

1. What we collect

• Your name and WhatsApp number;
• Your property preferences — area, budget, purpose, timeline, Golden Visa interest, and where you're based;
• Your chat transcript with AiSHA;
• For qualified buyers only: a short recorded verification call (more in section 4).

On the website itself we collect only standard technical data and essential cookies (see section 7).

2. Why — the service is the match

Everything we collect exists for one purpose: to match you with ONE RERA-registered specialist broker who genuinely fits what you're looking for. Before anything is shared, AiSHA asks you directly in chat — "may I share your brief — your name, WhatsApp number and requirements — with one RERA-registered specialist?" — and nothing moves until you say yes. Your yes in the chat is your consent, and it stays on record in your transcript.

3. What we never do

• We never sell your details to marketing lists or data brokers;
• We never share your brief with multiple agencies — one matched specialist, exactly one, only after you agree;
• We never spam. AiSHA will only check back in with you if you told her that's OK — and stops the moment you say so.

4. The verification call and its recording

Before we introduce a specialist, our team makes a short verification call to confirm your requirements. The call is recorded for quality — AiSHA tells you this before the call and the caller confirms it with you on the call. The recording exists to keep the match honest (it's how we resolve any dispute fairly) and is never shared with the specialist or anyone else.

5. When we share your details

Your name, WhatsApp number and requirements go to the one matched RERA-registered specialist — only after your yes in chat. We also use trusted service providers (our messaging platform and database) to run the service; they process data for us, not for themselves. AiSHA runs on WhatsApp, so your messages are also processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their own privacy policy, which we don't control.

6. How long we keep it

Chat transcripts are kept for as long as we're providing you the service (and as law requires). Verification recordings are kept for approximately 90 days after your transaction or any dispute closes, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (section 8).

7. Cookies and advertising

The website currently uses only essential cookies. If we run ads (for example click-to-WhatsApp campaigns), we will use measurement cookies and show a cookie banner so you can give or withdraw consent.

8. Your rights — wherever you live

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw any consent, at any time — by emailing privacy@askprop.ai. We honour these rights for all users regardless of country, in line with UAE data-protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and the spirit of GDPR for our international buyers.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
