This policy explains how askprop.ai — operated by ME Universal IoT Technologies FZE LLC, Dubai, UAE ("we", "us") — handles your personal data when you use our website or chat with our AI home advisor, AiSHA, on WhatsApp. askprop.ai is free for property buyers.

1. What we collect

When you chat with AiSHA on WhatsApp, we collect:

• Your WhatsApp number and display name;
• The messages you send and the property details you choose to share — for example area, budget, purpose, timeline and Golden Visa interest.

When you use the website, we may collect standard technical data (such as device type and pages viewed) and, where enabled, analytics or advertising cookies (see section 6).

2. How we use your data

• To let AiSHA understand your needs and give you relevant, honest guidance;
• To match you — only with your consent — to one RERA-Registered Specialist Broker who can help with your search;
• To improve AiSHA and our service.

We do not charge buyers, and we do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.

3. WhatsApp conversations

AiSHA operates over WhatsApp. Your messages are also processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.

4. When we share your details

We share your name, contact number and the preferences you provided with a RERA-Registered Specialist Broker only when you ask us to connect you. We use trusted service providers (for example our messaging platform and database) to operate the service. We never sell your personal data.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as it is needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

6. Cookies and advertising

The website currently uses only essential cookies. If we run ads (for example click-to-WhatsApp campaigns on Meta or TikTok), we will use measurement cookies and show a cookie banner so you can give or withdraw consent.

7. Your rights

Under UAE data-protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you may request to access, correct or delete your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
